General terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Axiom School of Business and Finance (the “School”) and the individual using the website axiombusiness.uk and/or studying on the educational programmes of the School.

By using the website and/or paying for tuition, you confirm that you have read, accept and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

Definitions

• Website — the online resource located at axiombusiness.uk
• Services — the educational programmes of the School (ACCA Foundation, Applied Skills, Strategic Professional, individual tutoring) and related services
• Student — a user who has paid for tuition and has been enrolled into one of the School’s programmes
• Contract — the agreement on the provision of paid educational services signed between the School and the Student

Educational services

The School provides preparation for the exams of the international ACCA qualification. Tuition is delivered in English in offline and online formats.

The exact scope of services, schedule, pricing and payment terms are recorded in the Contract signed with the Student before the start of tuition.

• Access to classes with School tutors according to the programme schedule
• Study materials and access to official ACCA resources within the programme
• Guidance on choosing exams and sitting them at the CBE centre of the School
• Manager support throughout the entire study period

User rights and responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms and enrolling on a programme
• Pay tuition in time according to the Contract
• Follow the internal rules of the School and standards of academic integrity
• Not share study materials, accounts and class recordings with third parties
• Treat tutors, staff and fellow students with respect

Payment and refunds

Payment is made under the procedure set out in the Contract — in full or in instalments. The School may change the price only for new students; existing Contracts are not affected.

Refunds are available in the cases expressly set out in the Contract and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. Refund requests are submitted in writing to the School’s email.

Intellectual property

All materials of the School — study guides, lecture recordings, slides, summaries, proprietary methodologies — are the intellectual property of the School and its partners.

Copying, publishing, selling or otherwise commercially using these materials without the written permission of the School is prohibited and may lead to liability under the law.

Liability

The School makes every effort to ensure the quality of educational services but does not guarantee any specific ACCA exam result — outcomes depend on many factors, including the student’s own engagement.

The School is not responsible for technical issues on third-party services (payment systems, video platforms, the official ACCA website) or for actions performed under the user’s account.

Changes and termination

The School may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Terms may be terminated by either party in accordance with the Contract. Any disputes are first resolved through negotiation and, where this is not possible, under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
